Consultation ($150) 55min
At CORE F.I.T. we realize that not everyone lives close by or has the ability to train in our amazing facility. Our team has designed a way for you to take advantage of our expertise and experience, even when you are not able to be here with us. We begin by taking you through a full Evaluation analysis (see Evaluation description for details). Next we identify your goals and create a personalized fitness plan that incorporates nutrition, cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength exercises. We will go one step further by having one of our certified trainers go through the proper techniques for all exercises recommended, a valuable tool in avoiding injury and maximizing your workout. We recommend repeating this Consultation every 6 to 8 weeks to assess your progress and review your goals. At that time, our CORE F.I.T. experts will create a new workout plan. Evaluation ($100) 55 min
Before you begin a training program at CORE F.I.T. an Evaluation is scheduled with a certified personal trainer or instructor. The trainer will review your current and past health history, evaluate any injuries and imbalances you may have, and come up with an action plan to correct any issues preventing them from becoming a long term problem. Your goals will be determined and we will help determine a strategy to achieve those goals. If desired, we will also record your body fat, measurements, and flexibility. If proceeding to personal training sessions here our team will analyze the results to come up with a custom plan that will fit into your lifestyle and needs. We’ll review a log of meals eaten by you within the last five days and suggest how you can best optimize your nutrition so your training is most effective. |
