• About Super Impact Fitness

    Super Impact Fitness is Jersey City's #1 "classes only" fitness and dance studio. SIF Studio was created to strictly offer classes after hearing so many people say they prefer group fitness. There are no oversized, intimidating weight machines or equipment. You will find a small intimate space with high ceilings, exposed brick wall, large mirror, hardwood floors, a stretch bar (ballet bar) and floor to ceiling glass windows. Our certified instructors offer a variety of classes designed to help you sculpt your body, challenge your mind and change your life! From basic to hardcore adult yoga, hot yoga, zumba, abs/core, aerobics, cardio kickboxing, mixed martial arts training, studio crossfit, belly dancing, SIF Xtreme Boot camp etc. Our dance instructors offer latin dance, salsa, hip hop, bollywood, We also offer KidsYoga, KidsZumba and much more!! Super Impact Fitness Studio has partnered with Mixed Martial Arts & Cage Fighter Michael Sharp Sanders. Come learn self-defense, cardio kickboxing and muay thai training! Drop-ins are welcome. However, we request that you register for each class so the instructors know how many people to expect. We are also launching “SIF Studio Presents…” which will offer the artistic community in Jersey City an outlet to voice and show their creative efforts. From acoustic, indie designer pop-up shops, art gallery & installations, workshops, rehearsals etc.We are located between Summit Ave & Baldwin at 650 Montgomery in the McGinley Square area (7 blocks from Journal Square) in the M650 Flats across from The Beacon.
