About O2 Modern Fitness
O2 Modern Fitness offers group fitness classes in Kettlebells, TRX, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT and Yoga as well as Nutritional Counseling and personal and semi-private training. Our mission is to provide athletes and fitness enthusiasts with a solid foundation in their physical fitness abilities to confidently pursue a sport, a physically demanding hobby or simply just feel good every day to successfully meet life’s demands.
