CrossFit for Beginners

CrossFit for Beginners is 3 days per week for two weeks. During the six classes we will focus on CrossFit's Foundations and skills required to join daily CrossFit Classes. These are offered as a service to those athletes that require or desire additional personal attention in a setting that is less competitive with a smaller group of people.  Class size is limited to 5 athletes.  Cost is $75 for non-members and free for members.  However if you sign a 3 month contract the fee will be waived.
