I bought a $185 gift certificate for my sister for her birthday. It was suppose to be emailed to her. She recently moved from the Houston area and I checked to see how her spa day went. She never received the gift certificate. I felt so bad since it was her birthday present. I called the spa and spoke with the owner. He said that had a no refund policy and there was nothing he could do. Now, he is the owner, and he could do the right thing, but refused to do so. He could also tell that the gift certificate had never been used. He was completely unwilling to do the right thing and refund the cost of the certificate which she will now never be able to use. HORRIBLE, non-existent customer service.

I went to the Katy location in the Westgreen Plaza off I10 and had a wonderful experience. The masseuse was very knowledgeable. I had a race the next day and asked her not to go too deep on the tissue massage. I felt very refreshed and relaxed for my race the next day! At checkout I used a gift certificate and found Robert to be very friendly.

Went there for a wax, ended up getting burnt on my chin, I called a couple of days later because it was getting worse. Well, the owner was so rude, asked me why I called after 3 days( despite me telling him that I work twelve hr shifts and sometimes do not have time to call), and proceeded to rudely tell me to do whatever I wanted to do! Please stay away from this place! Maggie, that did my wax was good, despite my chin burn, but the owners are terrible!!

I have been here twice. The first time was for an eyebrow threading which was done by a Persian woman who was known to be one of Houston treasures. She was fab. I suppose I was lucky to get an appt with her as she had just returned from Iran When I returned 2 weeks ago to get my brows arched she was in Iran again so I had to get them waxed/ The staff always greets me kindly & they carry the Image Skincare. A Pro range. I use the Vital C Masque & the Total Resurfacing Masque & a few other items from this company. I put the products on the counter with the owner while I received my services.. lip & brow wax & a shampoo blowout + style. I was feeling bit under the weather & I had just drove in from a massage appointment in the River oaks Shopping center. It hot & humid outside. my hair was a mess!. I was supposed to have some photos taken & the & a blow dryer to my hair for 45 minutes. My brows came out perfect, my lips wax left no redness at all and is still smooth, the stylist was amazing and the owner of the spa is honest. I wanted to purchase a sample jar of a very $ cream & he informed me it was expired. I purchased my items got some cards and left VERY relaxed and happy. I will be back!

I recently visited this spa for a detox wrap and massage and I must say my experience there was great. Stacy was very friendly and professional and truly made me feel the relxation I came there for. Their facility was clean and up-to-date as far as equipment was concerned...and was quite visually appealing as well. Overall my experience was what I expected it to be and I would not hesitate to use them again for their spa services.

Sherri is great. Way above average and an asset to D'elegance. The salon, however seemed a bit deserted and it was not very clean. My eyevrow threading was done well and Sherri was so nice but the charge twice as much as all of their competitors and they don't have a "set price" for the service. I might go back because Sherri was great and I personally do not mind paying more for great service but I'm not sure if I would get anything else done here based on the other reviews. BTW- Sherri DID HAVE a fabulous hair cut. .

Boy was I wrong - first off they did not have any cute colors everything was dated and old forcing us to get French. My mom told the lady repeatedly she didn't want the spa treatment on her feet because she just got spayed tanned - well the lady did it anyways and my mom left with her legs two tone. After our nails were done they look very sloppy and the French polish was an ugly color. On top of all this, the price was outrageously high and our nails started chipping instantly. Because our nails looked so awful we had to go to another salon to have them fixed - the ladies laughed when we showed them our nails. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to go. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA TO GET YOUR HAIR CUT IF YOU LIKE YOUR HAIR THE LADY DOSENT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR I NEED A HAT NOW!!

I should have known from my first two 'odd' phone calls with the people that answered the phone on behalf of the spa that my appointment wasn't going to go well. All I wanted was a bikini wax - not a brazilian, just a leave a little strip of hair. Pretty common request, right? The girl bragged she was the best waxer in Katy, yet couldn't quite wrap her head around my request. The waxing room needed to be swept and cleaned. The towel on the bed looked liked someone's old beach towel. She spent 2 minutes arranging the towel?!?! I layed there half-naked while the girl cut the strips and continued to tell me how great she was. (Hint: Prep your room before your guests come in!) I'll give her this it wasn't very painful and she was quick. The problem is that it was the sloppiest and worst waxing I've EVER received. And it was completely over-priced. She didn't clean off any of the residual wax; but instead poured some oil on me and said rub that around and use the towel on the bed that I was laying on to clean-up. I realized later that day that she left a lot of hair. Thank goodness I had a $50.00 gift certificate because the total was $65.00!!! I'll continue to go to my regular place.

I visited this spa for eyebrow and lip waxing and was sooo pleased with the service I received. The atmosphere was so calming and although Christmas is days away I actually got into my appointment early! Cassandre was very pleasant and did an excellent job. I would definitely return.
