    Drench Fitness Boutique is an evolution in the fitness industry. Driven by personalized and innovative training sessions, Drench provides its clients with high intensity and high efficiency workouts. Clients successfully meet their fitness goals because of the individualized guidance and motivation they receive while working one-on-one or in small groups with a Drench personal trainer. Drench sets itself apart from other gyms because of results. Results do not come without hard work, which is why Drench personal trainers tailor workouts around working one’s body to its fullest potential in the least amount of time. Drench is built upon the foundation of efficiency. There is no value in time or money wasted. For as low $100 a month, clients will have the opportunity to work with Drench owner and elite personal trainer, Adam Rothfelder, to assess short and long term personal fitness and health goals and put together a fitness and nutritional plan that best suits their needs. Training sessions last only sixty minutes, focusing on proficiency, effectiveness and concentration within that time frame. Nutritional plans are also customized to be effective and tangibly incorporated into a client’s daily life. Adam and his staff look to foster a sense of accountability in all of their clients. At the end of the day, you hold your own success in your hands. Drench will give you the tools, personalization and confidence to reach your goals and achieve lasting success. Morning Meltdown

When testosterone levels are at their highest peak we have the perfect workout for you. I recently started attending Drench's group fitness classes. I saw results right away which is not usual for me. The instructors were very knowledgeable and I received a lot of personal attention. They correct my form and made sure I was doing the excercises correctly and safely. The combination of cardio and strength training was perfect. We used treadmills, TRX, kettlebells and other dynamic movements in the classes. I plan on continuing at Drench and I have been recommending it to everyone I know! Very satisfied!
