The Dailey Method started over 11 years ago in San Francisco, CA and has evolved to become the safest, most effective way to help people achieve their best personal physique. The Dailey Method- Lake Forest features the company’s proprietary one-hour fitness class which combines athletic ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises in an encouraging class environment. An ideal class for clients that are new to the Method and for experienced Clients that want a truly focused work out. This class allows for time to assimilate the name and basic alignment principles for each exercise. There are less variations taught and more holds and cuing so that Clients can truly understand each position, why they are doing it and how to refine their own alignment within each exercise.This is incredibly beneficial for education for the newer Clients and for experienced Clients to improve their own practice. |
