Restorative

Restorative Yoga a is the perfect way to wind down your week and ease your mind into the weekend. Unlike the Yang side of yoga (involving deep stretching and physical strength), restorative yoga is meant to deeply open your body and fascia (the connective tissue of the muscle) without engaging the muscles whatsoever. Poses are held for a longer duration and are often assisted with props such as bolsters, straps and blocks. You will not sweat a drop in this path to bliss....so there is no need to worry about making it to your evening engagements on time :)
