Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Longwood

I have been going to Hand & Stone for about a year now, and go for a monthly massage with Anjarej. She is FABULOUS! Every time I go I walk out feeling like a million bucks, totally refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. I even like to book the extended 80 minute massage. The staff is always friendly when I come in, flexible with the schedule, and it is a pleasure to go. I have referred friends, and will continue to!!

I LOVE this spa! I've been to a number of spas around Central Florida and I think I've found a winner. I've been to this location twice now. Once for a massage and today for a facial with Sarah. 1. The Massage - For two months prior to my massage I was having major lower back pain, probably from sitting at a desk all day long. I thought I'd give Hand & Stone a try and was SO happy that I did. It was the best massage I've EVER had. Anjare (who's name I'm prob. spelling wrong) gave me a hot stone massage which was out of this world. It's now about 3 months later and my back STILL doesn't hurt. She worked out muscles that I didn't even know I had. Thank you Anjare! 2. My facial today with Sarah - I've had plenty of facials elsewhere and always leave feeling like my skin still looks blah. Well today I got the Detox facial by Sarah. She was great! She talked me through everything that she was doing during the facial, explained all of the products she was going to use before she used them and went over a future plan for my skin care. She was sweet, well knowledged and did a wonderful job. When I left my skin was shiny, smooth and glowing! I signed up for the monthly plan and can't wait to go back next month! Thanks Sarah!

Went to the new Hand and Stone spa in Longwood after a long week. The atmosphere was gorgeous...very high end. Good news was the prices were very much in line with what I had hoped. Not near as high as other places I've tried. The massage was one of the best I've had, though. Definitely a great deal. Friendly staff, excellent masseuse, great surroundings....I'll definitely be back.

I received a gift card from my husband for our anniversary to attend the Hand and Stone Spa in Longwood. The gift card was for a Serenity Spa Package which entailed a 50 minute massage and facial. I called to book the appointment and the ladies up front were very helpful in explaining the services I was to be participating in. When I came in I was greeted and told to relax. I went back to my massage with Anjarej who was wonderful very experienced and even got me to add on a foot treatment which was well worth it! after we finished She took me to my facialist who I had Michelle. She was wonderful and did an excellent job explaining the products. When I checked out I signed up for the membership which is great. I receive one massage or facial a month at such a great rate. My husband was pleased with himself since I came home a happy wife. This is definitely a treat to myself every month. I recommend to all my girl friends and we are planning a spa day there very soon!!

Used my spa finder gift certificate at the longwood location and sincerely enjoyed my expierence. From the moment I entered the spa my expierence was great. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful and my massage therapist Ben was amazing. He was very professional and worked out all of my requested issues. I would definately recommend this location to everyone. Thanks =)

We were given Spa Finder gift certificates by our children. We chose this Spa near my wifes work. They accept gift certificates & advertise specials, but when we arrived and they found out our gift certificates were Spa Finder's they said the specials did not apply to us and the prices were literally double. We reduced our wish list to fit within our $200 certificates. After our massages, we (husband & wife) felt relaxed and both of us were smiling. We then met with the young ladies at the front desk, they quickly wanted to use our $40 credit for tips and then pressed us to pay an additional near $90 a month for a membership. We originally thought the certificates would pay for two visits, but they were intent on making sure we left with a $0 balance and a monthly bill. The only thing the front sales people were successful at doing was stealing from us the joy of the spa experience and convinced both of us to never go back there again.

I wanted to share my experiences since my facial. I have been to this Hand and Stone for other things. I had both an eyebrow wax and facial with Crystal and again was impressed.. In the past I've experienced a place treats you really well the first visit but not the next. Not the case here. Crystal was attentive, professional and skilled. I explained my concerns and questions. She offered suggestions and explained the procedure as well as what to expect after the treatment. Everything was as she said and it has been wonderful. I'm very excited about the changes. The products she suggested are wonderful. She's mindful of budget and worked with me on a plan. So very glad I found this Hand and Stone. the girls in the front office are personable and professional. It's like finding a hidden treasure this one. When you go, you'll love it!

I'd never been to Hand and Stone before. I called the location closest to my home but they said no one was there to do a facial and needed an appointment prior to the service. SO... I called the Longwood location and they said to come on over and made an appointment. for me. When I got there I was greeted, given paperwork to fill out and offered water to drink while I waited.Also, the lady Crystal who would be doing my facial came out to greet me. Before the facial Crystal talked to me about the target areas of concern. The facial was Wonderful! Crystal explained what she was doing and the products used. she checked my skin during the process at different points to see what was needed. Overall it was wonderful and great products. They told me all about the products but was not pushy about a sell. I will go back and ask for Crystal though I'm sure they are all fabulous! Make your appointment, you'll be so happy you did.
