This place was ok. however I didnt feel the "Spa" enviroment was relaxing at all. I felt too presure to buy "extra services" and I felt the customer service was not that great. The lady that gave me the massage was professional and experienced, however then again, no interaction with me at all, she made me feel that it was all very serious, and the massage was ok, nothing special about it.

Would not even make an appointment without me providing them with credit card number.
I saw a groupon deal for this salon and decided to call them first before buying the groupon to see what appointment times are avaialbe. I did this because sometimes when you buy groupon and call the spa to schedule your appointment, the first available time is in 2 or 3 weeks, and I did not want to wait this long. They did have times available the next day, however they would only reserve the time for me if I provide them with my credit card. I told them that I always pay cash and do not give out my cc. I assured them that I would be there on time for my appointment and that they do not need to worry about me not showing up. The receptionist could not help me and transferred me to the manager. No luck with the manager, she could only make the appointment if I give her my credit card number. I found this very strange and felt uncomfortable going to this spa. I do go to salons and spas about once a month in Princeton area and this is the first time that I was asked for my cc number and that I was refused the appointment without providing them with my cc. It's good I called in first before buying the groupon. I'm not going to a spa where customer service is so poor, it seems they only want your money.

I've visited other Hand & Stone locations and I enjoyed my visit. I live very close to this location and couldn't wait to try it. I got a facial (the basic) and I loved it. Like most chains , the waiting room is open and there are products to purchase. I thought my esthetician did a great job and I will definitely be back for more treatments. It's open when I get off of work so it's a nice way to relax at the end of the day!
