CrossFit Endurance Classes are designed for the Endurance Athlete. Programming remains Warm-up, Strength/Skill, and WOD, with an emphasis on running or other endurance aspects in the WOD.

This is a CrossFit class that will always contain a rowing element. Participants will not be undertaking Olympic Lifting in this class. The WOD will normally be a 30-40 minute interval WOD utilizing kettle bells, slam balls, med balls, & body weight exercises.

Free Introduction to CrossFit

A Free Introduction to CrossFit includes completing the "Baseline" workout followed by a brief overview of CrossFit, a explanation of regular group classes at CrossFit St. Louis, and a description of our beginners' course or On Ramp Program.  The class runs between 45 min to a hour.
