Namaste is Metairie's premiere yoga, Pilates and movement studio, proudly serving Metairie, Kenner and the greater New Orleans area since 2003. We are a cozy studio creating a safe and open environment for all who wish to engage in the magnificent journey and experience of yoga, the more intense core strengthening of Pilates or to simply have fun. Belly Dance for Health WORKSHOP
This class is specifically suited for the female physique, no matter what your size! As Belly Dance has evolved, more and more women dance for health, positive self image, intimating the dynamics of one’s unique femininity and form, and most of all, for a fun workout. Incorporating both slow and quick moves, Belly Dance provides the means to increase flexibility and strength as well as to improve balance and comfort.
