The entire staff was great. Very informative. great accomodations. in love with my mani and pedi. Just an overall amazing spa/salon. I would definitly recommend anyone to pay them a visit.

We made an appointment for our anniversary the day before we came.when we had arrived we where instantanously taken care of. I had a facial with Rina and a manicure and pedicure with Bella both in which where very professional and soothing. My husband had a hair cut with Gino which I love and also had a massage with Michal. He commented "Magical hands." Thank you for making our anniversary so calming and relaxing, we will DEFINATLY be back again.

I hate to say this as the woman who did my nails was very nice and talkative but the place is pretty ghetto. Not only that but when I asked how to redeem the $25 amount left on my card they thought i was acting for cash, even after I explained it throughly. Majorly spaced out people there. A bit insane. I ended up giving the rest away. Didn't want to go back. Too weird.

I just had a facial and manicure with Rina. She is marvelous! Very knowledgeable and the facial was incredibly relaxing.
The salon is like a little neighborhood salon with a great 'spa' in the back. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in.
I highly recommend Hollywood Style Salon & Spa!

To be fair to the rest of the staff, this is all about the initial phone calls. Called twice and wasn't impressed with the phone conversation either time.
Family vacation in Florida, 27 of us, 3 generations coming from different parts of the United States. Five of us have gift cards from spafinder and have never been to a spa. I explained this to her the first time I called.
She needs refreshed in customer service phone skills. I wasn't able to actually ask my questions because she would try to answer them before I could finish and talk over me.
Didn't take the time to explain services (couldn't ask because she talks over me, I tried)
So, I went back to spafinder.com and found a place that not only had a better first impression, but is willing to accommodate all five of us at the same time so we aren't spending a big portion of our day at the spa.

This has to be by far the best salon/spa I have been to in a long time. They go out of their way to accommodate you, the whole staff is very friendly and made me fell very welcome. I had a manicure and pedicure heaven with shimrit and loved every moment of it. I will go back there for more services.

I found the parking good and owner and staff friendly.
Alba gave me my massage and spent a little extra time with me. She was very good and professional. I would return for another massage.
They are a full service salon so I may get a facial the next time.
I would recommend the massage.
