  Bodywize was created in 2004 as our 1st retreat in Sing Woo Road, Happy Valley, as the warm and luxurious getaway, only a minute away from downtown. Stepping into our secret garden, our customers find themselves living by the closeness of nature and enjoy the relaxation that we offer through melodies from the wild, a cup of rejuvenating drink, while our inviting and highly qualified therapists warmly provide professional therapeutic spa treatments. The continuing devotion of our customers encouraged the opening of our 2nd getaway spa house,Retreat@bodywize in 2007. As the two premises are closely located, together they allow us to diverge our outstanding treatments and provide another sophisticated experience of Zen. With the serene and oriental setting, Retreat@bodywize has become a peaceful sanctuary for souls. ‘Wellness … as a way of life’ gradually emerged as a signature to our spa and therapists, and as a spirit for our customers to carry home. Spirit, Core, Heart and Soul. To balance with life, we let our body and mind relax, unite and start to Breath.Embrace to the healing power of yoga, we introduce Bodywize Yoga in Happy Valley. A heartening light hue of lively decoration, combined with wooden settings, you will find birds humming on the trees on this greenish yoga ground in your urban neighborhood. With action, we are to refresh a meditating and basic lifestyle, with the help of highly trained instructors. Having now a space for the mind, body and spirit; we can accommodate more clients to continue our mission of being your companion to physical and spiritual wellness. Further, we opened a dance studio different from the sacred calmness of our existing locations. Bodywize dance studio offers an uplifting energy to satisfy varying preferences.
