  SHED is about raising yourself out of the way you think life is for you and shifting your energy and vibration to a higher resonance - we may feel we're hard-wired and solid but far from it - we are made of energy and electricity, everything is in a constant state of flux, way beyond the understanding of our conscious minds which is why so much of this work happens at the deepest subconscious level where these seemingly hard-wired patterns live. It's ultimately about unfolding: softening and dropping into the body, out of the "shoulds" and hardness of the mind. It becomes a dance, a meditation in motion, a prayer, as you are moving, so you naturally become more flexible, toned, sculpted, strong in your pelvic floor and core, whilst developing an ever-deepening connection to your inner world. There's an ease and an effortlessness to it - that naturally creates health and vitality - It's like making love with someone you absolutely adore - the most beautiful way to feel and look good.
