Did not enjoy my massage/facial here

I redeemed a recent Groupon for this place and received a one hour deep tissue massage and a 30 minute facial. I felt the facial was useless - there were no extractions or anything, just a layering of lotions on my face, for 30 minutes. The massage was not what I had in mind. I specifically asked that it not be a Thai massage, yet that was what I received. I will not be returning. The facilities were not very impressive either - it felt like the back of a nail salon.
