I was skeptical about this place at first because I had never done a "group" fitness class before. I must say after the first class I was hooked. It's just a whole new world to me. Everyone pushes everyone to get one more rep in and it's like a fitness family. Everyone in the class has a great attitude about what they are doing and it's just a great experience. Every time I leave I am covered in sweat and I have never left not feeling like I got a great workout. 3 months in and I have lost over 10 total body inches and 12 pounds. I see arm muscles I never even knew I had and now my husband does the classes with me. I would tell anyone looking to get fit and live a healthier lifestyle, to go to Reesefit. This guy just makes it fun to get in shape. Not easy, just fun. I will never step foot in another gym. Go check them out.
