I had a gift certificate through Spafinder that I have been holding onto for a year. Finally, I got some time off from work and took part of my vacation in Westlake Village. I chose KM SKin and Body Solutions because they reviews were all raves - and they were RIGHT!!! I got the "Re-Balance" package which is a hot stone massage and personalized facial. I knew as soon as I walked through the door it would be an amazing experience. Kris is very sweet and warm, and asked me some questions and explained the procedures. She made sure my temperature was comfortable. She worked quietly and gave me an awesome stone massage. But I have to say, it was the facial that was the star of the show. I have had acne and sensitive skin issues my whole life and I am VERY protective of my skin. She examined my skin thoroughly and explained what she was doing every step of the way. While (mild and delicious-smelling) products were working their way into my skin, Kris would continue to massage my head, hands, and feet. It was the most lovely, relaxing, nurturing experience. My skin glowed as I walked out, and I wasn't red in the least. I will DEFINITELY be back, and I completely recommend KM!

My visit to KM Skin & Body Solutions was heavenly. I decided to try the spa by purchasing a coupon from LivingSocial..what a treat ! Kris, the owner gave me a warm welcome and the spa smelled so good. The space was cozy and inviting. The massage was just right..with lovely background music. The facial was delightful and there was a special treat, a visit by the foot fairy to give an extra relaxing foot massage. The eye brow waxing added a finishing touch. I booked an appointment for the living social deal: massage, facial, and eyebrows and was a little hesitant throughout the experience because i didn't want to leave with a red face and peel in a few days. kris reassured me and checked to make sure everything was ok (i kept saying my face was stinging) and before i left, i looked in the mirror and was SHOCKED! my skin was radiant and did a complete 180! She was able to smooth out my forehead and get rid of a lot of clogged pores and offered a lot of useful tips and information about how I can help my skin and recommended some over the counter cleansers/moisturizers that could use. Kris didn't even try to sell me anything and truly knows her stuff! I used proactive for a long time and then it stopped working after about a year and since then, i haven't been able to get my smooth radiant skin back until now! THANK YOU Kris! I love my skin again! Definitely recommend trying this place out...I'm so sad I'm moving to DC and won't be able to go to Kris regularly! You will LOVE your experience!

My new favorite massage place! I decided to try out this spa after seeing it being promoted on Living Social. I went ahead and purchased the deal, since it's local to me, then tried it out. Kris is amazing-knowledgeable and friendly, and the place is nice and clean. For some food R&R, check KM out!

Oh my, what a wonderful massage! Kris creates a calming atmosphere, and her expert massage is totally relaxing. The whole experience was soothing and refreshing.

I was most impressed by Kris's offerings, and I also appreciated how convenient it was to book an appointment on her website. The facial she gave me was perfect- I have never felt so relaxed and pampered by another spa. The environment in her room was peaceful with a well planned, comfortable layout. Everything she did to my face felt wonderful, and I left my appointment feeling radiant. Kris includes thoughtful details such as extra hand and foot massages during the different stages of the facial which only added to an already blissful experience. I was also impressed by how much she genuinely cared about how my skin was doing- not just my face but also my dry hands, arms etc. The Conejo Valley is fortunate to have someone as talented as Kris in the area- I will certainly be back and recommend her to my friends and co-workers.

Kris is amazing! She provides a peaceful and pleasant environment for absolutely the best treatments! I have purchased many of the products she uses because they work so well. I have visited many spas including some of the best rated in this country and the atmosphere may be more posh but the treatments do not compare in quality! Kudos to Kris

Kris is a miracle worker! The muscles in my back had been in knots for months and other massages made little lasting difference. In just one hour with Kris, she released the tension unlike any other treatment I've had. I felt better than I had in months, and the relief has lasted. I've had many massages in my life, and Kris is - without a doubt - one of the best!

I came across KM on spafinder after receiving a gift certificate. After reading the reviews on here I made an appointment for a massage. After my massage, I immediately booked another! I must agree with the other comments on this site – Kris was wonderful! Her space is warm, inviting and private, and her technique is amazing. I felt wonderful afterward, and am looking forward to my next appointment. Having been the recipient of both ends of the massage spectrum (outstanding at one end, and lackluster at the other), I must put Kris on the outstanding side. Also, her online booking tool is very convenient!

I started to see Kris about 6 months ago. Since that time, the complements about my skin are just amazing. Here are a few examples: I was in a very upscale restaurant with friends, upon leaving a customer followed me out and said, “I just wanted to tell you that you are the most beautiful woman in this restaurant ". He is 20 years younger than I am ! Just a few days before I was buying wine and the clerk asked me for ID. I looked at her in amazement because it was the end of a long day at work and I didn't have any make up on. I gave her my ID and she said, OMG, you are the same age I am. She made my day, but I don't think I made her day. I am so happy not only with the custom facials but I am just delighted with the daily skin care regime she has me on. I feel like I'm 20 years old again...and that was quite a few years ago. I love Kris and have recommended her to all my friends.

Kris is the most amazing profesional but heart warming person to have when you are in need of some some serious pick-me-up-lift-my -wrinkles-and-complextion-time! I love Kris and Carlos !!! A friend and I started seeing Kris/Carlos last year after we received a gift certificate to spafinder.com from our employer. We immediately fell in love with the small and intimate environment and Kris's caring attitude. I have recently become pregnant and at first I was nervous that I would have to change massage therapists, but Carlos was more than welcoming and he put me at ease. I look forward to seeing Kris and Carlos throughout my pregnancy and for years to come. ;-)

I have been seeing Kris for massages for a few years now. She really helped keep me in form while training for my first marathon. Right combo of working out the knots and keeping it a relaxing experience as well. Always like the music selection. It is never a rushed time. As soon as I first entered the spa and met Kris, I knew I had found my retreat. The atmosphere is calming. The facilities are lovely and well maintained. I rotate the anti-stress and hot stones massages on each visit because they are both so good I can't choose between them. My skin has never looked better since I added monthly custom facials to my schedule. If you're looking for a small intimate setting to be pampered in, this is the place.

When I had a facial at KM Skin & Body I felt different. I had had facials before in many spas but this one was different in the sense it was very personalized. The treatments were chosen for my kind of skin. Also the ambience is wonderful --very peaceful. After the first facial I noticed a difference in my skin. It felt smoother and clearer. The hot river rock massage was one of the best I have ever had. It was totally relaxing and Kris spent extra time on my neck and shoulder since they were giving me problems. I would highly recommend the massages to anyone.
