We’ve combined the stretching and muscle toning movements of Pilates with the grace and sculpting principles of ballet plus upbeat bursts of cardio to keep up the energy. You will flow through all muscle groups to lengthen & strengthen your body using the ballet barre, soft pilates ball and small weighted balls. We are all about correct alignment & focusing from the inside out to make sure you are working effectively to achieve results. You will love the way your body feels after this class!
