Stuck in a rut with your Asana? In this workshop, students will explore unfamiliar asana by examining the body architecturally and energetically, We will focus on a broad, exciting spectrum of postures, covering advanced balance poses, proper weight distribution, intelligently moving into inversions, going deeper into backbends, forward bends and twists, and ultimately exploring asana as a preparation for pranayama and meditation.
