About Lucille's Mountain Top Inn and Spa
Set in north Georgia’s historic Sautee Valley, along the edge of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains, Lucille’s Mountain Top Inn and Spa is a tranquil hideaway for those seeking the harmonization of solace, nature and adventure. Intimate and secluded without feeling isolated, the bed-and-breakfast-style inn has 10 guest rooms and suites and a mountain-view spa that specializes in traditional and customized treatments. Organic products are used in all treatments, from the Stress Relief Massage to the Turn Back the Clock Facial to the Apricot/Citrus Body Polish. Fitness aficionados can unwind in the yoga studio, have a ball playing badminton and croquet around the five-acre grounds and hike the Appalachian Trail. Those who wander off site will find an abundance of wineries, serene waterfalls, antique stores and festivals to discover.

Trimmed in pale hues that reflect the greenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Spa at Lucille’s embodies a light, airy feel that offsets the rustic, lodge-like vibe of the inn. A waiting area overlooking superb mountain views greets guests upon arrival, and the spa pays homage to its locale with artwork from area galleries decorating the walls. Four treatment rooms, along with a body scrub/whirlpool tub room, reside in the 2,500-square-foot spa.
The spa uses strictly organic products — Pharmacopia, Bindi and the local Greenstone Soap Company — in treatments like the signature Organic Molasses Facial; the skincare regimen begins with a mild cleanse, followed by a gentle massage and a detoxifying and firming mask fused with moor mud, molasses , carrot seed and other essential oils. Thrice weekly yoga classes are held in the 900-square-foot studio.
The spa caters to a variety of events, including anniversaries, bridal parties, girls’ getaways and babymoons.

Activities
The focus of a calm mind and tranquil spirit is easy, as inn activities are set against the inspiring Blue Ridge Mountains. Expert guides lead treks throughout verdant forested trails that make up the region’s numerous state and national parks, including Unicoi, Smithgall and Moccasin Creek State Parks; several additional area trails, the Dukes Creek Falls, Raven Cliff Falls and Anna Ruby Falls among them, all lead to spectacular waterfalls. Horseback riding stables and the 18-hole Innsbruck Resort and Golf are within five miles of the inn, and the nearby Chattahoochee and Soque Rivers beckon fly-fishing and tubing expeditions. Sautee, home to numerous wineries, is also known for its artsy charm, galleries, pottery studios and charming country and general stores. The Bavarian village of Helen, four miles away, is filled with bars and nightlife options.
