Barre Bliss Cardio

Barre Bliss Cardio is similar to Barre Bliss but we add three cardio segments to amp things up. It is suggested that students take 10 Barre Bliss classes before attending a Barre Bliss Cardio class. Preregistration is recommended as space is limited.

$10 ZUMBA/Cardio Hip-Hop

On a budget? Our $10 classes are on the schedule to help you when money is tight. Same classes format as the regularly priced classes just at a discount to you.We know that moving your body to music is a great workout. The name of the game is to burn a ton of calories to awesome music and have FUN! These classes might have latin or a ZUMBA influence, hip/hop or good old cardio dance moves. No dance experience needed. Leave your inhibitions at the door, get your groove on and MOVE YOUR SOUL! All levels
