Assessment/Level-Up Testing
Sign-up for this time if you'd like to complete an assessment. This is an opportunity for you to benchmark stats such as your weight and body fat percentage, as well as have us screen movement patterns. We'd also like you to use this time to tell us about your goals (fat loss, strength increase, handstand, chin-ups....anything goes!). If you are new this is a great opportunity to speak with us about which classes will help you reach your specific goals. This time can also be used for re-assessments, level-up challenge testing, and general Q&A with a trainer. We do not deduct a class for this time. If you are interested please Sign-Up for the "class." We will remove you from the roster after so you are not deducted a class. |
