For my fiance's birthday, I purchased a spa package hours before learning that her mom had done the same thing. Before the appointment, the staff explained that they could not refund any of the gift price (several hundred dollars). Through our interaction, they remained unhelpful, uncoordinated, and short-sited.Though the spa treatments were enjoyable, I will not again patronize a business which places money clearly above customer satisfaction.
I had an enjoyable experience here, but I can get the same experience elsewhere in Memphis for A LOT cheaper. Plus the massage therapist kept insisting that I needed to try deep tissue massage, and I knew I didnt want that.
I have been to many spas in my time and this experience was one to be remembered. Best massage ever! Best facial ever. And my nails never looked better! Ask for Justin for the best massage you will ever have.
I planned a romantic spa day for my me and my mate in their couples room. I specifically told them when I booked that I wanted us to receive our services in the room together. The day of the services, when we arrived t they took him in a separate room, while I was waiting on him in the couples room. And they performed our services separate. They permformed my service in the couples room alone. That didn't make sense.!After the treatment, I turned on the light , and noticed the soiled linens. I wouldn't allow my dog to lay on those soiled sheets. If I would have turned on the lights before my service I would have walked out of there without a service.
