I am so glad I found this place. I went in for a massage after a week of a stiff shoulder & 3 days of snowboarding. I was sore everywhere & Krista was so talented at finding each specific sore muscle and loosening it up. Many massage therapists seem to just do a routine but Krista tailored my massage to what my body needed. She also showed me stretches that would help my exact problem areas. This is not a glamorous day spa with robes & cucumber water, but it is a great value for the money if you want a good, therapeutic massage. I'd rather spend my money on a good massage instead of little extras like flavored water. I will go back when I really need a thorough massage.

I'm so glad I found Krista and Transformation Massage! She has a small practice with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. How is it possible that she works out the knots and I still feel great after visiting her?! My range of movement is improved and I'm sleeping better. Thanks!!

I always get a great massage here. Krista is very good at what she does and was able to help me a lot with my neck and hip issues. I will continue to use Transformation Massage.

I had a massage with Krista and she was wonderful. She took the time to listen and understand what was going on with my health. The atmosphere is very relaxing and therapeutic. Krista has a nurturing personality and really understands the body. I'm really picky about massage. She was so great I sent my husband to her and she was able to work out a lot of painful areas.

Krista is an excellent massage therapist. She has a natural ability to work through the body and release the "problem areas." She loves what she does and it shows in how she does the body work. The massages I have had there are the best ones I ever had.

I got a 90 minute massage and it was the best I have ever had. A few weeks later I pulled a muscle in my back on a Friday, I called late on Saturday and Krista made a special trip in on Sunday to see me. She knew I was in pain and did what she could to help me. I am so grateful I didn't have to wait till Monday to start getting my back in order. Everything was very appropriate in a nice relaxed and soothing setting , very comfortable.
