I've been to many massage therapists and have found you can tell them what you want, but some just do what they want and it's not beneficial to me. With Kristi, not only does she listen to what you want, but she also "listens" to your body to what it needs - so you get the best of both worlds. I started going to Kristi after a car accident, so I required deep tissue massage. Kristi was able to get those damaged muscles to release and heal much faster than anyone I had tried. I continued going to Kristi on a monthly basis, even after I was healed. I found that massages aren't just for relaxation. They help tremendously with releasing tension, stress and just an over all keeping your body healthy. I found I wasn't getting sick as often and my body didn't ache like it used too. Plus, even when I think I'm doing ok, Kristi will find points of my body that are completely out of whack and get them back in shape, so I feel better than I ever did! I'm now a regular, monthly client of Kristi's and I will continue to be. She definitely knows what she's doing and is awesome at it. I recommend her to everyone!
