I originally joined for the classes which are great....completely different to what I'm used to!.....but decided to sign up with one of the trainers as well to have more specific one-on-one training. The trainers here are dedicated and motivated.....which makes me dedicated and motivated! I'm having so much fun and have noticed significant changes already within the first few weeks! I couldn't be happier!!
