Kids Hip Hop (Ages 7-10)
This class is for those new to hip-hop or those who have taken a year or two. The beginning of every class starts with a high-energy warm-up consisting of isolations, movements, and basic stretches. Kids will further their skills and work on more complex movements while gaining a better understanding of rhythm, timing, and how to move their body. Kids will gain confidence, rhythm, coordination and friendships as they work towards a new routine each month. |

Beginner Hip Hop (Adult)
Do you like watching the hip-hop routines on So You Think You Can Dance? or have you always enjoyed the dance routines in music videos? Maybe you feel like you have two left feet. This class is perfect for those of you that fit into any of these categories! Start the hour with a quick warm up followed by learning how to dance on beat, move your body in any social setting plus a little choreography. This class is for those who have taken Beginner Hip Hop and Intermediate Hip Hop or have a couple years of dance experience. This class starts with a warmup that includes stretching and body weight exercises such as sit-ups and pushups. The second part of class is devoted to learning more complex choreography to challenge the growing dancer's mind and body. |

Cardio Kickboxing (Adult)
Feeling tired or need to let out a little energy? This is the class to spice up your workout and your life.
