This workshop will introduce the larger context of yoga as we look at the 8 limbs of classical yoga and show you can integrate all aspects of yoga into a home practice and your daily life. We will cover our attitude towards others and the world around us (yama), the ways which we regard ourselves (niyama), physical postures (āsana), breath control (prānāyāma), learning to draw in the senses (pratyāhāra), concentration (dhāraṇā), meditation (dhyāna), and integration or enlightenment (samādhi).
