The therapist works with a parent to teach him/her some simple massage techniques to help soothe and comfort baby. Massage can help an infant’s nervous system adjust to the world outside of the womb, and can be a wonderful tool to help baby cope with gas and digestive distress. Even if you just want to spend a little time learning to relate to your baby, this can be an educational adventure!

Smooth river stones are heated and utilized in the massage treatment to soothe and soften muscles and tissues. The effect is two-fold. First, the heat is incredibly soothing and creates an extraordinarily relaxing massage.
