Medical Massage requires a prescription from a doctor. If you are a new client be prepared to provide your prescription at the time of service. Hot Stone melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation and metabolism. Each 50-minute hot stone session features the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body to allow for deeper relaxation of the muscles. Our massage therapists then incorporate a customized massage, with the use of hot stones, to create a healing and relaxing experience. 90 Minute Massage. Any style of your choice. ALERT: If you choose to reduce your appointment to a one hour massage with less than 24 hour notice you will be charged the cancellation fee for a 30 minute massage. 

Helps alleviate the stress and tension that builds up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity. This style uses deeper and more vigorous techniques than Swedish massage. It incorporates stretching, compression, friction, toning, and trigger point response techniques. It is very effective in promoting healing from sports and non-sports related injuries. Each session includes a 5 minute pre-interview and 5 minutes at the end for you to re-dress.
