Massage
When I arrived at the spa, I was pleasantly greeted. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the customer service skills far exceeded my expectations. I received a spa finder gift card for my birthday and found that Lavenders excepted these gift cards. It was one of the nicest places I have been to for spa services. The experience was fantastic!

Much needed!
I was deployed in Afghanistan for 6 months and the first thing I did when I got home was book my spa getaway with lavender. I love the choices they have, though i wish they had more room. I had to wait about 30 mins because they were running late and no rooms available. Ambiance was perfect though.

One of the Best
I had the deep tissue massage and reflexology. They were both the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend Lavender's Day Spa.

THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT COME FIRST!
I had a gift certificate given to me but since I had a baby and had recovered from a c-section I put it off to use. (since I wanted to use it for a deep tissue massage and they wont do that during pregnancy). The gift certificate had expired and I tried to get the manager to call me to see if I can roll it over or give me back a portion but I got no callback from the manager. Yes, it was ultimately my fault but you'd think if they wanted to keep a customer, they would work with you!!!

Best Experience
I have been a member of another massage place for the past year and a half. Lavendar's definately surpasses that experience. This was the best massage and experience I ever had. I am going to start going to this spa and cancel my other membership. This place was amazing!!!

DISAPPOINTED
I received a Spa Finders gift certificate from one of my daughters and made an appointment for a pedicure. The atmosphere of the salon is very nice, the therapist, Jennifer, did a good job. My disappointment was that that the foot bath had no whirlpool. When I asked Jennifer why she didn't put the whirlpool on, she told me it wasn't working. I asked if she could use another room and I was told no. For a $45.00 pedicure, I would expect to get a working foot bath.

Lavenders is a great place for a massage.
I have been going to both the Lavenders in Surprise as well as the Lavenders in Goodyear/Avondale area for a few years now. I have occasionally gotten a massage that wasn't terrific, but I have also gotten some amazing massages there. Once you find a good masseuse, just keep asking for her when you set up your appt. I have never gotten any other treatment there, so I can't say as for the rest of the services, but I do know that they are affordable and offer great massages. I have never had a problem with their receptionists or a masseuse. I love that they are usually able to get me in at the last minute, since I always seem to just decide at the last minute that a massage would be terrific, and so I call and schedule something that day. I like that it's affordable, but it's personal, unlike when I have gone to Massage Envy and felt like I was just one of the cattle being herded in and out. Overall, I am very happy with Lavenders and will continue to go there for my massages.

Bad service...Nasty employees...Unexperienced managers!!!!
Worst service I have ever had. Young immature front desk employees, very very RUDE! Used profanity when I was checking out. A Very inexperienced Manager. Does not back up there clients, sides with the rude employees if any complaint is made! I would say that their massages are great but definitely not worth the trouble. You want a good massage at a good price go directly across the street because if you have ANY issue with ANYTHING AT ALL, there poor excuse for a manager wouldn't help a bit!!! Overall I would give Lavenders a F- ! And that's a compliment!!!!

Impressed and Surprised ;)
I received a spa finder certificate from my husband last year and was able to split it into two visits because Lavender's was so inexpensive. The atmosphere is intense and fun, and the staff proved to be very good at what they do. I loved my first massage, and found out I'm slightly uncomfortable with a male masseuse, but it was so good I couldn't wait to go again. My second massage is tomorrow and I am looking forward to it!

Great spa overall!
I've been to this location several times in the last year. Some visits have been better than others, or actually some employees of the spa are better than others. During a few facials with one wonderful lady, I got a full leg and arm massage while my mask dried, but with the next one, I got none of that. Their massages have been a good price since I started going 2 years ago. Pass on the nail services as they are too expensive for what you get! You'd be better with many of the nail salons available that specialize in it. Recommend the spa overall to lots of people and will be back myself!

Clean, Relaxing, and Friendly Place!
This day spa offers a variety of services. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the waiting room is pleasant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been here several times. I once went in for a deep tissue massage (the Combo massage, as it's called), and it was excellent. I told the masseuse about trouble spots, and she focused on massaging out the knots. It's great and not too expensive!
