About Barre Focus Fitness
Barre Focus Fitness is a Barre studio located in Haverford, PA, the heart of the Main Line. Our studio services the areas of Haverford, Havertown, Bryn Mawr, Wayne, Ardmore, Narberth, Wynnewood, and other local towns. Classes offered in the studio are designed to burn fat and sculpt long, lean muscles effectively through a combination of Barre Work, Yoga & Pilates.Our signature Barre class (BFF) combines the most effective exercises into one 60 minute power packed workout. Sculpt your arms, flatten your abs, lift your seat and firm your legs with these isometric, non-impact, dynamic exercises which target and overload each muscle group. Stretching immediately follows each exercise allowing you to shape your muscles and get a long, lean look while improving posture and balance. We also offer a Basic Barre, great for a newer participant to Barre Focus Fitness or anyone wanting to enhance their workout. Additionally, we offer a 45 minute Barre Blast classes multiple times a week that packs the greatest Barre moves into 45 minutes.Our studio’s goal is to create an environment where you feel completely welcome, relaxed and among friends. Basic Barre
Basic Barre is similar to our Barre Focus Fitness(TM) class, just at a slightly slower pace! We recommend all new participants to BFF take at least one Basic Barre class. It is also a great refresher for those clients who have been taking barre for years. Focus is on alignment, posture, safety and each client will receive individual attention. Basic Barre classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:45-11:45am. |
