During Mild Spin you will perform basic movements with very little/no up & down movement. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE until you become more comfortable with the bike. What’s great about a spin class is that you get to control how hard you push. Do it for yourself and don’t worry because your neighbor isn’t concerned with how hard or fast you go. Get inside your head and concentrate on the music; it will push you through.

Circuits 45

This class involves rotating between circuits or stations of different exercises, promising to keep your body guessing. Each participant in a Circuit 45 class will go through short bursts of exercises incorporating cardio and muscle toning exercises, followed quickly by another burst of exercise targeting a different muscle group. Because the exerciser switches between the stations so quickly, your heart rate will rise causing a major calorie burn. This 45 minute class is always changing and is fun for all fitness and skill levels!
