• About Santosha

    Santosha School is open to adults and children ages 10 and up, with children under 10 by special permission. We are a studio offering ayurveda, yoga, meditation and bodywork with a natural health care shop. Daily classes and weekly workshops are open to the public. Professional training programs in yoga 500hr (Yoga Alliance approved), massage and bodywork (NCBTMB approved), and ayurveda (NAMA approved) will begin in 2013. Individual consultations in ayurveda and yoga are by appointment 12-5pm M/W/Th.
