I have been to this salon several times for various services. cuts, color, makeover, massage and keratin treatment. they have always been very nice and accommodating. only once have i left slightly unsatisfied and that was because of a highlight that wasnt light enough. other than that, i have always had great work done. my favorite thing about scott miller is the girls that shampoo. they always give great, long scalp massages.

Scott Miller has had a very good reputation in Rochester that, prior to remodeling (Pittsford location), was not that well deserved.
I feel that they have improved their training and raised the standard on the kind of people they hire. You now can feel confident most people that handle you will be reasonably professional. It did not use to be the case.
