    Jai Yoga offers various styles of yoga classes every day.Jai is the only studio on Philadelphia's Main Line devoted to not just yoga classes but private yoga, meditation instruction and massage services. Our private studios were designed for joy, using rich hardwood moldings and bamboo flooring. Studios are illuminated by natural lighting and candles. The oils we use are all-natural and contain no preservatives or animal products. Jai’s soft tones and tranquil environment nurture the body and mind, and allow the spirit to manifest. Our retail store includes high quality yoga and lifestyle wear as well as gift items. Many of our products are organic, and/or help to enable artisans, craftspeople and other members of our global community to live a life of dignity.

Demystify Arm Balances and Inversions

Monthly Intensive with Erica Bleznak Integrating arm balances and inversions in our asana practice encourages the Yogi to not only expand their physical practice, but perhaps, and more importantly, it allows us to see the ways in which our “thinking mind” may obscure or derail us! In this workshop we will explore the specific muscles that require strengthening and flexibility to enter into a variety arm balances, inversions and other “lift off” asanas; as well as ways to use many of these postures as transitions between other postures. Modifications and step-by-step instruction will allow everyone to experience either the full posture or the sensation of engagement that is required when in the full expression of the posture itself. Never fear! Lululemon had community yoga nights here and it was fantastic. A great workout and also very calming. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and very responsive to the little requests (like need for towels, etc)...
