Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a fusion of Hatha yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine that encourages the flow of energy through the body and the cultivation of a meditative mind. Vinyasa Flow

An evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that integrates breath with movement, fluidity with alignment, strength with flexibility and practice with daily life. An energetic vinyasa (flowing from one posture to the next) form of Hatha yoga in which postures are fluidly linked together in a continuous and somewhat challenging sequence. This class places a great emphasis on the coordination of breath with movement, leaving the student feeling energized and more focused.

Gentle Yoga

A gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of yoga. The asana (posture) practice is the careful integration of the flow of breath with movement of the spine.
