Our Vision and path is to bring light and energy to the community through healthy practices including physically sound yoga and meditation classes taught with consistency and integrity with certified and experienced instructors in the Yoga Power & Light Studio.Since 2006 we have grown to a staff of 9 wonderful instructors, an organized office manager and hundreds of students. Together we are a community of like-minded people practicing awareness, compassion and well-being.
