Body Space is a progressive private training studio in Union Square. We offer fitness and nutrition coaching, specializing in private, semi-private, and small group training. We help our clients tap into their potential by creating individualized programs that they follow with endless support and motivation.

Body Space Assessment
After completing a Body Space Assessment, you will leave with a greater understanding of how your daily habits affect your overall health. We will start with a conversation where you describe to us what you want, when you want it, and what you are willing to do to get it. We will also need to know if you have any physical or dietary limitations. Then we will take some measurements. What we measure will depend on your goals. These include but are not limited to: cardiovascular health (resting heart rate, V02 max, blood pressure), lean body mass (and body fat percentage) circumference measurements, posture, strength, and the Functional Movement Screen, a great tool that helps reveal muscular imbalances and faulty movement patterns. We will email your results to you with a brief analysis and a few answers to the inevitable question, “Now what?!” Our favorite answer will always be, of course, “Train with us!” but we are happy to offer you guidance as well. |

Private Training

Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training offers the same benefits as one-on-one training, plus more. The 60-minute class includes: self-myofascial release work, movement prep, core activation, strength training, and metabolic conditioning. We cover all the bases to make sure you're getting exactly what you need to meet your fitness goals.
