In fact, CrossFit and Yoga are two practices that compliment one another perfectly.There are many health benefits to practicing yoga and CrossFitters in particular could benefit greatly by adding yoga to their fitness plan. Physical benefits of yoga include flexibility, strength, pain prevention, better breathing, body awareness, etc. We strongly encourage all of our athletes to incorporate at least one day of yoga per week into their CrossFit training. |

Physical benefits of yoga include flexibility, strength, pain prevention, better breathing, body awareness, etc. We strongly encourage all of our athletes to incorporate at least one day of yoga per week into their CrossFit training. |

Varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the website www.crossfitstealth.com. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. |
