Bloom Spa TOYA occupies 3,300 square meters, with 12 treatment rooms, two of which overlook remarkable views of Lake Toya and the mountains. The spa’s laidback design provides easy access to men’s and women’s spa rooms, and highlights include an onsen and a bathing area with Japanese cypress and stone baths to introduce spa-goers to beloved Japanese wellness rituals. A reflexology salon, infrared sauna, gym and pool are among the additional offerings.

The spa menu is made up of original variations of classical services such as facials, Vichy shower therapies, aromatherapy flower baths, massage and sound-vibration body treatments that emphasize native extracts and traditions from the region. Examples include the signature Wisdom of Ainu program, which uses medicinal herbs from the indigenous Ainu people and encompasses a soybean-and-yomogi body scrub, a hemp-oil massage and 30-minute facial.
