About Bearfoot Yoga & Wellness Center
Yoga Studio and Wellness Center with onsite babysitting (for most classes). Traditional Hatha and Vinyasa style as well as Prenatal, Restorative and Beginners classes. Sangha area for community gathering. Seven-day class schedule includes early morning and weekend classes. Special workshops and six week series also offered.

Level 1/2 is right for you if you have a basic understanding of asana (postures) and flow but are still deepening your practice (6 mo-1 yr of at least 1x/week practice). Beginners are always welcome to participate while safely respecting their own limits.Each class will offer a varied level of intensity and complexity of each posture based on your ability and modifications can always be made to meet you where you are with the usage of props. Prenatal yoga is yoga for the expectant mother in any stage of her pregnancy. Each class includes a community circle to connect and share with other women during this special time and an hour of gentle strengthening and stretching to aid in preparing the body for childbirth as well as helping to alleviate assorted pregnancy discomforts. Level 1/2 is right for you if you have a basic understanding of asana (postures) and flow but are still deepening your practice (6 mo-1 yr of at least 1x/week practice). Beginners are always welcome to participate while safely respecting their own limits.Each class will offer a varied level of intensity and complexity of each posture based on your ability and modifications can always be made to meet you where you are with the usage of props.
