Hot 60

Hot 60 is an hour long hot yoga class offering a warm-up sequence, standing postures, a vinyasa flow series, & ends with cooling floor postures and final shavasana. This class captures the essence of a traditional hot yoga class and incorporates the flow and grace of other Hatha sequences. Students will receive the benefits of a Hot Yoga class with further hip opening, upper body strengthening and core strengthening benefits. All levels, including beginners, are welcome.
