Hot 60 is an hour long hot yoga class offering a warm-up sequence, standing postures, a vinyasa flow series, & ends with cooling floor postures and final shavasana. This class captures the essence of a traditional hot yoga class and incorporates the flow and grace of other Hatha sequences. Deep Stretch
Deep Stretch is a 60 minute yin yoga class consisting of postures on the floor or in knealing positions that are held for an extended period of time. Yin yoga helps improve flexibility and uses longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body - it's a great class for men and perfect for athletes! Yin yoga is designed to literally open the body up, peeling away layers of stress, injury, and tension that reside within. |
