Good Spa Bad Customer Service
I have gone to this spa many times, all good experiences. But I will not be going back. I had a gift certificate from the spa which was due to expire (they expire 1 year after purchase). I called to see if they would let me book a treatment 19 days after the expiration date due to the fact that I was pregnant and needed to wait until I was 14 weeks for a massage, they told me NO, come in for a mani/pedi. I even offered to come in and "prepay" with the gift card. They say they would extend it for 10 days only. Well now they have lost me as a customer and anyone I would buy gift cards for over 9 days!

The worst massage ever
I got a very "fluffy" massage at this place. When I asked the therapist to apply a firmer pressure, she said I would have to pay "extra" for that to happen. RIDICULOUS.

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a local place as I frequently get massages. I have been to O Spa two times and have had excellent experiences both times. The spa is clean, soothing and comfortable. Both massages I received there were excellent!!! (Jessie and Susan). If you are looking for a spot in the area to relax with a great massage, this works brilliantly. I booked another appointment for their Wellness Week promo. This time I am getting both massage and facial.

great massage and aroma bath
I went to O Spa for the first time today. My friend took me as a surprise and it was great. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered to feed the parking meter while we were there!!!! I had deep tissue massages first. It was great. Next I spent 30 minutes in the wooden hot tub ....aroma bath with milk. I loved it. The atmosphere is great. You have a private room and shower. My friend had a facial and I noticed major improvement on her skin. We both were very happy. We will definitely go back.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUB PAR MASSAGE
I will never come here again, this is a low class spa and the massage therpaists seem GIVE TERRIBLE MASSAGES. I came here with a girlfriend and we asked for Swedish massages. My girlfriend kept asking her therpaist to apply more pressure and the therpist kept telling her that it will cost more $ to apply more perssure as that means it's a deep tissue massage not a swedish massage. Terrible service, I've never had that issue anywhere else and I've been to quite a few spas. My massage was mediocre, they didn't make us feel relaxed just agitated us.

Very Relaxing Experience
Everytime I visited O Spa I had a nice experience. I was asked if wanted tea or water. There were plenty of mints and quite peaceful for me. I would visit again. Also, I did not feel rushed. :)

The most amazing massage and body scrub
When you enter... you realize you are in the most beautiful sanctuary. It is exquisite, as is their customer service. My husband and I arrived for our couples massage and were so impressed with every aspect of our experience. All your senses are indulged. When we arrived, a lady brought us to the waiting area which was very beautiful. We were given a cup of tea. We were immediately guided to our room. It was the Most Amazing Massage we have ever had. We also had a body scrub right after the massage. It was an experience we will always treasure. I made an appointment to come back for facial and waxing before we left.

It was a basic average experience
Yesterday my girlfriend and I went to the spa to get a deep tissue massage and seaweed facial. I booked a deep tissue and the massage that we were given was so DULL. As Spanistas - we were totally dissapointed. I repeatedly had to ask for more pressure - then had to question "is this a deep tissue?" Once I asked that question I was told that I had to tell her - she only diid the deep tissue on my back then went back into the DULL massage on my legs and arms. Both my friend and I agreed that we were NOT satisfied with the massage as no EFFORT or pressure added to address tightness in our bodies. The facial experience was BETTER than the massage as our skin was VERY SOFT. With the facial - I was not given any explanation as to what was being done next nor what was put on my face. There was no communication except for r u ok? It is a really nice Boutique spa - but the Therapists need more training on spa etiquette and massage techniques. I felt the staff was inexperienced and immature in the spa field.
