I booked a spa day at Saachi for May 31/13 through a voucher I had purchased on travelzoo. The voucher promised a 60 minute massage, and I received a 30 minute massage. The masseuse was extremely rough with the body scrub. The pedicure was adequate. The facial was supposed to be for 25 minutes, and mine was less than 10 minutes. I was also to receive a Moroccan scalp treatment for 15 minutes, and I did not receive that at all. I was there for 3 hours as there was a lot of waiting time in between treatments, but I only received barely 65 minutes worth of treatments. Very disappointing! Would never recommend this spa to anyone.

I booked 2 day spa packages for my mom and myself for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the day we went there, there was an African church service going on in the function room next door. We could hear every drumbeat, the entire sermon and the congregation's responses in every service room we were in. I don't begrudge their right to worship but I do think the hotel should've taken it into consideration that there's a spa next door with paying customers who wanted to relax in peace. Our massages were no better. I could hear my masseuse's knuckles cracking due to the extreme pressure she was exerting on my neck and back, leaving me in extreme pain the next day. They didn't listen to our requests that they lessen the pressure. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience which I paid a LOT of money for.

i went to saachi for a massage. i decided to try their signature "hot lumi" having no clue what that was. from the getgo, they sign you in and take you to a seating area which is very serene. the staff brings fresh fruits and lemon lime water while you fill out your forms. after robing i went to the room. candles and soft lighting, then the treatment starts, i don't know quite what it was but a very warm liquid in a bag that is used while the therapist conducts the massage -- awesome awesome awesome i felt great. l absolutely recommend going to saachi.

i have been coming to the Delta for years for business and while at a conference i noticed a sign by the pool, it was for a spa. i thought a massage would be nice. i entered the next day and as soon as i entered the facility, i was treated like i was the only one that mattered. the front desk was so gracious and kind, followed by smiles from all staff, a tranquil, mesmerizing candle lit sitting area awaited me. i took in two treatments actually once i saw the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. the massage was for 90 minutes and with the music and the aura i decided i would get a body exfoliation also. my god was it wonderful. i absolutely loved the quiet beauty of the spa from the walkway by the poolside to the entrance, to the fresh fruit and my treatments. next time i am in town i am going again. bravo. good job Saachi.
