The gift for my mum on Mother's day
Before I knew Saachi Spa, I had no idea what gift I can give my mum on mother's day. One day I met a friend in Delta Hotel, I saw Saachi Spa which had a package for mum with reasonable price, then I decided to bring my mum here. After service, my mum was very Satisfied, she felt the service was value for money. Our condo is very near here, we will visit again, also I will recommend this spa to my friends. Gong Xi Fa Cai!

Hot bath - Massage combo...
Recently I went to Saachi and had a bath (more like a Jacuzzi) before my massage. This was an amazing combo as by massage time I was so warm and the muscles were so relaxed; it really added to the experience. (There was a recent promotion where this combo was discounted, I hope they do this again). I found the staff there very welcoming and it really added to my visit to the Delta! I would think that people are catching on to Saachi as it seems to be getting more and more busy, so I would recommend booking in advance if you can. Looking forward to my next visit!

Worst spa ever
I wish I could say something positive about this but I just can't. I went for a 60 minute massage. When I arrived I was asked if I minded a male masseuse, I said I would prefer a female but there was clearly no other option. I was lead to the massage room where the table wasn't even warmed. The "masseuse" clearly had next to NO training and was definitely not an RMT. It was like getting a massage from my husband for an hour. Clumsy, rushed, at one point there was an elbow in my butt cheek/upper thigh. 15 minutes of thumb pushing on my scalp. Some kind of warm jelly in a plastic bag being rolled over me, but it sounded like it was in a grocery bag and all I could hear was crinkling. The room is not sound proofed in the slightest, I listened to conversations in the mani/pedi area the whole time. The masseuse had a cold and he spent the hour sniffling and coughing over me. There was so much oil I could have entered a body builder competition by the end. It was literally laughable. When he was done he simply announced "Okay you're done" and walked out of the room. All I wanted was to shower in Purel. Worst massage of my life. How on earth they charge $90 and get customers is beyond me. I wish I could give this place negative stars.

Review of Saachi Spa
I booked a spa day at Saachi for May 31/13 through a voucher I had purchased on travelzoo. The voucher promised a 60 minute massage, and I received a 30 minute massage. The masseuse was extremely rough with the body scrub. The pedicure was adequate. The facial was supposed to be for 25 minutes, and mine was less than 10 minutes. I was also to receive a Moroccan scalp treatment for 15 minutes, and I did not receive that at all. I was there for 3 hours as there was a lot of waiting time in between treatments, but I only received barely 65 minutes worth of treatments. Very disappointing! Would never recommend this spa to anyone.

Spa REALLY needs soundproofing
I booked 2 day spa packages for my mom and myself for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the day we went there, there was an African church service going on in the function room next door. We could hear every drumbeat, the entire sermon and the congregation's responses in every service room we were in. I don't begrudge their right to worship but I do think the hotel should've taken it into consideration that there's a spa next door with paying customers who wanted to relax in peace. Our massages were no better. I could hear my masseuse's knuckles cracking due to the extreme pressure she was exerting on my neck and back, leaving me in extreme pain the next day. They didn't listen to our requests that they lessen the pressure. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience which I paid a LOT of money for.

lumi lumi lumi
i went to saachi for a massage. i decided to try their signature "hot lumi" having no clue what that was. from the getgo, they sign you in and take you to a seating area which is very serene. the staff brings fresh fruits and lemon lime water while you fill out your forms. after robing i went to the room. candles and soft lighting, then the treatment starts, i don't know quite what it was but a very warm liquid in a bag that is used while the therapist conducts the massage -- awesome awesome awesome i felt great. l absolutely recommend going to saachi.

bliss
i have been coming to the Delta for years for business and while at a conference i noticed a sign by the pool, it was for a spa. i thought a massage would be nice. i entered the next day and as soon as i entered the facility, i was treated like i was the only one that mattered. the front desk was so gracious and kind, followed by smiles from all staff, a tranquil, mesmerizing candle lit sitting area awaited me. i took in two treatments actually once i saw the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. the massage was for 90 minutes and with the music and the aura i decided i would get a body exfoliation also. my god was it wonderful. i absolutely loved the quiet beauty of the spa from the walkway by the poolside to the entrance, to the fresh fruit and my treatments. next time i am in town i am going again. bravo. good job Saachi.
