  Located in Upland, California, Allure Image Enhancement, Inc., strives to provide guests with effective and safe medical esthetic procedures, coupled with maximum comfort, satisfaction and customer service, to reveal beauty inside and out. The 5,500-square-foot medical spa resembles a relaxing spa environment with an eclectic design. In addition to 12 treatment rooms that are all differently decor, the spa also has massage chairs, many water features, a large education room and a long hallway. Injectable fillers such as Botox, Restylane, Juvederm and Dysport are available, and other services include Fraxel, Fractional CO2, LipoSkulpt, Thermage CPT, Cool-Sculpting by ZELTIQ and more. Viora Reaction, Vampire Facelift® and the Stem Cell Facelift with Platelet-Rich Plasma are the most recent additions to the spa’s treatment menu. A variety of skincare brands are also available for purchase, like Obagi Medical Skincare, Latisse, Jane Iredale, Vivite, Neocutis, AQ Skin Solutions and Elta MD, Biopelle, the spa’s own private label line.

John Grasso

John Grasso, MD, medical director of Allure Image Enhancement, Inc., founded the spa with his wife, nurse practitioner and CEO, Mina Grasso. After earning his medical degree from the University of Washington Medical School in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Grasso completed his residency in anesthesia at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. He is board certified in anesthesia.

In addition to work with anesthesia, Dr. Grasso has been extensively involved in anti-aging medicine. He has become a Diamond Provider of Botox and a Double Platinum Level Restylane Provider through extensive education and training courses. He oversees a professional staff of two physicians, one nurse practitioner and two RNs.

Dr. Grasso is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, American College of Phlebology, California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, International Society of Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons and American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association.

Mina Grasso

Mina Grasso, RN, MSN, FNP-C, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is the founder and CEO of Allure Image Enhancement, Inc. Her education began with a nursing degree from Loma Linda University in 1983. She became involved with the Nurse Practitioner Program at UCLA early on, achieving her master’s degree in Nursing in 1988. After a few years of honing skills in family practice, Grasso was chosen to be the first nurse practitioner in the emergency room at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Throughout her career, she was especially inspired to help those with facial disfigurement or scars as a result of traumatic injuries, reconstruction after cancer surgery or birth defects and burn victims.

Acquiring expertise in non-surgical facial injectables, Mina has worked with the “Liquid Facelift,” using tailored combinations of Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse, Sculptra, Botox and Dysport. She and her husband, John Grasso, MD, Allure’s medical director, continually search for the latest most-effective treatment for veins, hair removal, hair restoration, tattoo removal, cellulite, fat, acne, scars and anti-aging skin rejuvenation to bring to the spa.
