Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Woodbridge

I recently had a facial done at the Hand & Stone location that opened in Vaughan. Needless to say it was a disappointing experience right from the start. It appeared that the girl doing my facial had very little experience and appeared more preoccupied with texting on her phone, leaving me lying with various masks longer then I would expect she would have to. She spent less then a few moments if that extracting the black and white heads, which is the main reason why most do go for a facial. Although she did use a few massage techniques, overall the whole experience was a big waste of money and I have never felt so disappointed. I had to book a second facial at another spa this week. Unfortunately, I will NEVER visit again!

The spa wasn't luxurious like other high end spas. Location was very convenient. I would prefer going to other high end spas since they have a wider variety of different facilities, such as swimming pools.
