Hi, I bought a groupon from this Oslo Salon and Day Spa in Tacoma. When I walked in I was not greeted at all nicely,I already felt that their personal life behind the desk was more important than their customers. I received a pedicure treatment.I was hoping to have the bubbly tub tickling my aching feet,but I got a foot soak in a tub of water.It was a disappointment that I could have done this myself. I was rushed out from my services that I received.The blond hair older woman receptionist did a poor job greeting and checking out clients,at least for me. I will not come back and I will also tell my friends what a disappointment this salon has done with my service.

Lynn the owner is an awesome really down to earth person and her employees are a pleasant crew to see. Customer service has been wonderful. I highly recommned anyone and everyone to come to Oslo and experience a great time there! They also now have the Seattle Sugar Bar partnered in the salon so come and get in also to get sugared. It really is sweeter than waxing!!! Very happy experience overall!!
